Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing, required by law, will be held for the following purpose: To hear all interested parties and residents of the Town of Stuyvesant regarding a variance application of Kimberly Smith, 468 County Route 46, Stuyvesant, New York, to build a home addition and garage to an existing structure as property line set back requirements will not be met under zoning laws.
