Thank you for subscribing to the Town of Stuyvesant newsletter.
We have just been notified by the Columbia County Department of Public Works that the Stuyvesant Falls Bridge will be closed to all traffic for the purpose of conducting the annual bridge inspection. The closure will occur during the daytime only, between 8:00am and 4:00pm on Thursday, December 11, 2014.
All traffic will be encouraged to use any available alternate routes, with no formal detour posting being deemed necessary for this short-term bridge inspection work.
If inclement or hazardous weather occurs, this work may need to be delayed and re-scheduled for a later date,
