Per the Columbia County Dept. of Public Works:
Please be advised that miscellaneous steel repairs at the Stuyvesant Falls Bride, carrying Co. Rte 25A over Kinderhook Creek in the Town of Stuyvesant, will begin on Thursday, October 1, 2015 by the County’s project contractor — Piasecki Steel Construction Corporation. The bridge repair work will not require complete closure of the b ridge however, depending on the work task being performed there may be an occasional short-term (5-10 minutes) closure at the bridge, with traffic flow being controlled by contractor flaggers. The overall duration of this steel repair project is expected to be approximately 5-6 weeks.
