Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing, required by law, will be held for the following purpose: To hear all interested parties and residents of the Town of Stuyvesant regarding a Flood Prevention variance application of Martin John Hutchinson, at 41 Ferry Road, Stuyvesant, New York, for a flood prevention
variance to elevate the house 3 feet higher onto a new foundation, in the current footprint. Existing requirements under Flood Damage Prevention Law of 1987 will not be met.
