Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing, required by law, will be held for the following purpose: To continue to hear all interested parties and residents of the Town of Stuyvesant regarding a 4 lot Minor Subdivision, for Jacob Austin, at Route 9 and “Lydia Lane/Allendale Extension” Stuyvesant, New York, tax map number 63.1-2-20. Purpose of the subdivision is to split one 9.45 acre parcel into 4 parcels with access off “Lydia Lane” and a newly constructed cul-de-sac. This is a continuation of the hearing held in
January and February.
