Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing, required by law, will be held for the following purpose: To continue to hear all interested parties and residents of the Town of Stuyvesant regarding a Minor Subdivision, for Barbara J Brown, at 1801 Route 9 Stuyvesant, New York, tax map number 63.1-2-27. Purpose of the subdivision is to split one 0.52 acre portion of the property and for it to be conveyed to neighbor, Everett D Brown (it will become part and parcel).
