Grievance Information
Grievance Day is always the 4th Thursday in May, 4pm – 8pm at the Stuyvesant Town Hall.
Grievance forms can be obtained at the Assessor’s Office, the Office of Real Property, 560 Warren St., Hudson or at NY Grievance Forms
- They should be submitted to the Assessor’s Office by May 22nd
- They can be mailed or delivered 5 Sunset Dr., Stuyvesant — Emailed forms will not be accepted
- They should include documentation showing why owner feels assessment is incorrect.
